1. Who these Terms are between
These Terms are an agreement between you and Lumeward Technologies Private Limited, 1-172E, New Street, SKLM- 532218 (“Eduera AI”, “we”, “us”), which operates the Eduera AI learning service at eduera.ai.
By ticking the box at signup, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Acceptance is required — the account cannot be created without it. We record the date and time you accepted each document and the version of each that you accepted.
Your acceptance at registration is the agreement for your whole account, including every learner profile you create on it afterwards.
2. Who may use Eduera AI
Eduera AI has three areas, and who may hold an account differs:
- School (Classes 5–9). The account must be held by a parent or lawful guardian. By accepting these Terms at registration you confirm that you are a parent or lawful guardian, that you are authorised to create and manage every learner profile on your account, and that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on behalf of each of those learners. That confirmation covers the learners you add afterwards — you are not asked to repeat it each time you add one. The child does not get their own login; you sign in and act for them.
- Entrance (NEET, JEE). Either an adult learner managing their own preparation, or a parent adding a child, in which case everything said about School applies to that child too.
- Career (Bank PO, RRB, SSC and similar). Adult learners only, managing their own account.
You must give accurate information. Your mobile number is your login identity and must be one you control; we verify it with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
Minimum age to hold an account in your own right: Owner to supply — Minimum age for holding an account
3. What Eduera AI provides
Eduera AI provides practice assignments and tests aligned to a board syllabus or an official exam pattern, marks the answers, shows results, estimates mastery, suggests what to practise next, and provides AI-assisted explanations and a learning assistant.
- In School, chapters unlock progressively: a learner clears a level when their most recent attempt scores 90% or more.
- In Entrance and Career, nothing is locked. Every level is always available, and chapter practice draws a realistic mix of difficulties. Levels are shown as progress, not as gates.
Available boards, exams, subjects, chapters, questions and features change as syllabuses and the service evolve. We may add, change or withdraw content and features, and we may correct or remove material we find to be wrong.
4. Eduera AI's output may be wrong — please read this
Questions, answer options, answer keys, explanations, scores, estimated mastery, identified weak areas and recommendations may contain errors, or may not match your school's interpretation or the current syllabus.
Anything generated by an AI model — explanations, chat answers, generated practice questions, analysis of an attempt — may be incomplete or simply incorrect.
These are learning aids. They are not official grades, not a professional educational assessment, not a certification, and not a prediction or guarantee of exam performance. Check anything that matters against the current official syllabus, the prescribed textbook, your school or your teacher.
5. Free use
Each family or self-managing learner may start three assignments free. Each person you invite who joins Eduera AI and verifies their mobile number adds three more free assignment starts to your account. You may have up to 20 invitations outstanding at a time.
Free use may be limited in other ways that we will publish before applying them.
Invitations. You may invite people you actually know and who would welcome the invitation. Invitations are shared by you, from your own device, usually through WhatsApp. Do not invite people who have not agreed to hear from you, and do not use the invitation feature to send bulk or unsolicited messages. We may withdraw referral rewards and the ability to invite if this is abused.
6. Subscriptions, prices and GST
What you buy
A subscription is prepaid and runs for a fixed term — one, three or twelve months, as shown on the plan. It covers one learner, for the board and class (School) or the exam (Entrance, Career) shown at checkout.
Eduera AI does not renew automatically. There is no recurring mandate, no standing instruction and no auto-debit. When the term ends, access stops and nothing further is charged. If you want to continue, you buy again.
Moving a learner to a different board, class or exam may fall outside what you bought and may need a separate subscription.
Price and tax
- Plan prices are shown excluding GST.
- GST is added at checkout and shown as a separate line, together with the rate, before you pay. The total you confirm is the total you are charged.
- The GST rate applied is the rate recorded for that plan — currently 18% for every plan on sale.
- A promo code, if you have a valid one, reduces the price before GST, so GST is calculated on the discounted amount.
- If you upgrade while a subscription is still running, we credit the unused part of what you already paid against the new plan, then apply any promo code, then add GST. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees.
Invoice
We raise a tax invoice for every completed payment. You can see it in your account, and we email it to you if you have given us an email address. Owner to supply — Whether the invoice is emailed or only shown in the account
Payment
Payments are taken by our payment gateway, Owner to supply — Name of the payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on their page and are never seen or stored by Eduera AI.
If a payment fails, no subscription starts. If you are charged and access does not start, tell us and we will fix it.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Access to digital learning content starts immediately on payment. Because of that, subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable once access has been activated — including for partial use, a change of mind, or moving a learner to a different board, class or exam.
This does not limit rights you cannot legally be made to give up. We will refund you, in full or in part as appropriate, where the law requires it and in particular where:
- you were charged twice for the same thing;
- a charge was not authorised by you;
- you paid and did not get the access you paid for; or
- what you received was materially different from what was described.
- Cooling-off or refund window: Owner to supply — Cooling-off or refund window, if any
- Time to return an approved refund: Owner to supply — Days within which an approved refund is returned
How to ask. Write to us through Questions & Feedback in the app, or to Owner to supply — Refunds and support mailbox, with the transaction details. Refunds are processed by our staff and returned to the original payment method through the payment gateway. We may refund part of a payment where that is the right outcome.
There is no self-service cancellation button, because there is nothing recurring to cancel — a subscription simply ends at the end of its term.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell Eduera AI's questions, explanations, answer keys or other content;
- share your account, sell access, or let others use a subscription bought for one learner;
- try to get into parts of the service you are not entitled to, or into anyone else's account or data;
- probe, attack or interfere with the service, or attempt to overload it;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or containing another person's information without their permission;
- impersonate anyone, or misstate who you are or whose child a learner is;
- use the AI features to try to extract answer keys or material outside the learner's own attempt, or to generate unlawful, abusive or harmful content;
- misuse the invitation feature, as set out in Section 5; or
- use Eduera AI for any unlawful purpose.
We apply rate limits and usage budgets to AI features so the service stays available to everyone. We may refuse or slow requests that exceed them.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Eduera AI — your messages to the assistant, your support messages, and any answer images you upload.
You give us permission to store and process that content in order to run the service for you: to answer your question, to mark your answer, to help you, and to keep the service secure. That permission ends when the content is deleted. We do not publish your content, and we do not use it to advertise.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload images containing another person's personal information.
10. Our intellectual property
Eduera AI, its software, design, brand, and its question banks, answer keys, explanations, blueprints and other learning content are ours or are licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual-property law.
Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for the linked family's or learner's own learning. It transfers no ownership and grants no right to copy, distribute, adapt or commercialise the content.
Content generated by AI. Explanations, analyses and practice questions that Eduera AI generates for you are provided for your own learning use on the same terms. We make no claim that AI-generated text is original or that it can be used elsewhere, and we do not warrant that it is free of third-party rights.
Third-party names — boards, examining bodies, exams — are used only to describe what content covers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any board or examining body unless we say so explicitly.
11. Suspension, deactivation and termination
We may deactivate a learner or restrict an account for a material breach of these Terms, fraud, a security risk, unlawful conduct, or abuse of the service.
When a learner is deactivated:
- No new activity is possible for that learner — no new assignments, no retakes, no submissions, no uploads, no AI assistant, no new explanations, no scheduled practice.
- Existing records stay readable. The parent, or the self-managing learner, keeps access to past results, history and account records.
- A self-managing learner whose own account is deactivated can no longer sign in.
- Contact support to have a learner reactivated.
Deactivating a learner does not by itself refund a subscription. Where we deactivate an account for our own reasons rather than for something you did, we will refund the unused part of a paid term.
You may stop using Eduera AI at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, write to us — see the Privacy Policy. There is no self-service delete button today; we act on the request by hand and confirm when it is done.
Sections that by their nature should survive — payment obligations already incurred, ownership, the disclaimers in Section 4, limits on liability, and the governing-law and dispute terms — continue after the account ends.
12. Availability
We work to keep Eduera AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security incidents, failures of third parties we depend on (hosting, payment gateway, AI provider, SMS or email delivery) and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service.
13. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for your own educational and purchasing decisions, and for supervising a child's use of the service.
To the maximum extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, expected exam results, admission or employment, arising from reliance on Eduera AI's content, estimated mastery, generated explanations or recommendations.
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to Owner to supply — Cap on total liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not permit us to exclude — including liability for fraud, and consumer remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Grievances and disputes
- Grievance Officer: Owner to supply — Name of the Grievance Officer
- Email: Owner to supply — Monitored grievance mailbox
- Address: Owner to supply — Postal address for written requests
We will acknowledge a complaint within Owner to supply — Time within which a request is acknowledged and aim to resolve it within Owner to supply — Time within which a request is resolved.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Owner to supply — City whose courts have jurisdiction have jurisdiction, without limiting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission or other forum available to you where you live.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or the law changes. The effective date at the top will change. If the change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Eduera AI, and we will record which version you accepted.
16. Languages
Eduera AI is offered in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
These Terms are published in English, and the English text governs. A short plain-language summary is shown in all six languages at the point where you are asked to agree, and it links here. Where the summary and this English text differ, this text is the one that applies.
